Program Adjustments
The Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs depending on registration or circumstances beyond the Club’s control.

Club Policies
The applicant/guardian hereby acknowledges that they have read and understood the club Rules and Guidelines as published on the most current Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club program brochure.

Liability Waiver
The applicant/guardian hereby agrees that the Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club and/or its proprietors, its coaching staff and/ or its volunteers will not be held responsible for any accident or loss however caused and agrees to release the Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club, its proprietors, its coaching staff and/ or its volunteers from all claims or damages which may arise as a result of or by any reason of such accidents or loss.
