About Us

Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club (RHFSC) is a non-profit organization that has a long history of developing and training figure skaters. It has produced some world medalists and champion skaters in recent history. RHFSC is fully sanctioned by Skate Canada and has been serving our community since 1956. We provide accredited lessons to aspiring skaters of all ages and abilities at both the recreational and competitive levels.

REGISTRATION FOR Winter 2026 OPEN 

 

If you are new to RHFSC, first click on registration-register now (redirect to new uplifter site)  to create a member account, then you will be able to sign up for our programs.

 

Join us on December 13th for our Member Family Event! All registered members and their families are welcome to enjoy free ice time from 12–2 PM. Please remember that safety equipment is still required

Join the Program Assistant (PA) Team!

RHFSC will be hosting PA Training to be dertemined

Please remember that CanSkate or Beginner Adult skaters up to and including Stage 5 are required to wear a skating helmet.  For Pre-CanSkate sessions, a helmet with a FACE MASK/ or SHIELD is mandatory.  The helmet must be CSA-approved hockey helmet. Bike and/or ski helmets are not acceptable and skaters will not be allowed on the ice without a skating helmet for safety reasons.

Our professional coaching team are National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) accredited by Skate Canada and First Aid certified.
